The  Company  was notified on 26 August 2008 that Barclays Stockbrokers  Limited
acquired  184,162 ordinary 1p shares (`Ordinary Shares') in the  Company  on  22
August  2008. As a result of this acquisition, Barclays Stockbrokers Limited  is
now  interested  in  12,454,787 Ordinary Shares in  the  Company.  This  holding
represents 6.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
