Availability of Annual Accounts
The Board of Ultima is pleased to announce that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 are now available on the Company's website at www.ultima-networks.com. In accordance with the Company's articles of association a notification letter, notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") and proxy form have been posted to all shareholders.
The AGM of the Company is to be held at Akhter House, Perry Road, Harlow, Essex CM18 7PN on 29 June 2010 at 1.00pm.
