LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Ultima Networks PLC, which operates profitably through its two divisions IT and Related Services and Other Products, said that although it will not benefit from the one-off profit on disposal of property, as it did in 2006, it has been making excellent progress at the operating profit level during the second half of the year.
In the IT and Related Services division, the company said it has maintained its competitive position.
The Green Technology Products Division, which now accounts for approximately 55 pct of company sales through predominately three types of consumer products developed in house, has continued to perform well, the board added.
Ultima also said that potential acquisition targets remain under consideration.
Full year 2007 results will be announced in April.
